Self-Care Resources for PrEP Navigators and Frontline Staff

Your work matters—and you matter. That’s an essential part of PleasePrEPMe’s online training for PrEP navigators and frontline staff, and it’s especially timely right now.

When we created “Helping People Access PrEP,” we made sure to include a module about self-care in the workplace and building a healthy team culture. These topics are super important to the folks at PleasePrEPMe, and given the feedback we’ve received, they’re important to the folks taking our training, too. In fact, the self-care module gets the most love in feedback from our training participants!

If you could use some tips for self-care and healthy teams (and we’re betting you could), check out Module 8 of “Helping People Access PrEP.” It’s all about recognizing and handling stress and vicarious trauma at work, plus ways to take good care of yourself and create a supportive team, whether you work on-site or remotely.
